By entering this property I agree that I freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers & hazards associated with my presence here. I am aware that playing golf or entering a golf course involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to slips and falls; being hit by stray golf balls or golf clubs; accidents or collisions involving motorized golf carts; lightning strikes; encounters with domestic or wild animals; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas; negligence of other persons; and negligence on the part of woodmont country club. I understand that negligence includes failure on the part of woodmont country club to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above.
I accept full responsibility for the care of any golf cart or rental clubs that I ride in or use (the “equipment”) and I agree to pay for any damage to the equipment and replace at full retail value any equipment not returned in similar condition at the end of your round. I am familiar with the proper use of the equipment and I understand that staff is able to answer questions I may have as to the proper use of the equipment.
I am aware that by the act of playing or otherwise participating in any activity on the golf course I am waiving certain legal rights and I am agreeing to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against woodmont country club and each of its owners, staff, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns (the "Releasees"). I further agree that this waiver includes all possible claims associated with the risks of covid-19. I further agree to release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care, on the part of the releasees which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives may have against the releasees.
I have read and understand this release and waiver agreement.
Legal notice by golfing or otherwise participating in any activity on the property you are agreeing to follow the rules and to waive certain legal rights. If you do not agree to the terms of this release and waiver agreement then you must stop and leave the property immediately.
